Shipping & Returns
AVVA strives to offer you the best prices, a unique global shopping experience and 100% satisfaction guarantee. We ship directly from our warehouse in China and your item may take 3 to 12 business days worldwide for domestic orders. We partner with DHL and USPS for delivering in the USA. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.
Shipping is $6.95 (USD), flat fee for all states within the USA and also for all international countries. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $80 (USD). All prices are in USD.
All orders are processed pending availability and payment verification. Orders are processed in 2-3 working days (orders placed between Friday, 2 pm and 8 am Monday, will be processed starting on Monday). Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.
If you do not receive your order details
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix it for you.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Union Pay, Elo, Hiper, Hipercard and PayPal. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a broken item due to shipping problems, we will replace or refund it. All sales are final.
You can cancel your order in maximum 4 hours after you placed it. After this time, we process it so you will have to wait to receive it and return it to get your money back. The client is responsible for the return shipping fees.
We will not refund your money in the following cases:
- If you purchased your item with a discount
- If you already used the product
- If you ask for a refund after 10 days of receiving an item
We DO NOT refund the shipping and handling fees because these are external services from other Partners like DHL or USPS.
- If we shipped you a wrong item you can either ask for a refund or we exchange it with the correct item
- We can not issue refunds and accept returns in situations regarding slight differences in product and or powder colors. Please note that some colors may look slightly different in reality due to monitor colors and also once the manicure is finished.
- You can not return an item purchased with a discount . All sales are final
- Return postage and handling is the buyer's responsibility
You CAN NOT return a product already used
Please contact Customer Service to inform us that you did not receive the package. We will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, and we will refund your money or resend the items.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
