To Our Dear Customers,
Our mission at AVVA Nails is to empower you to have outstanding nails. Anytime, anywhere. We encourage our customers to save time & money and to do their nails at #home.
We wanted to take a moment to thank you for your continued support! Due to COVID-19 restrictions and reduced service, the estimated shipping time is 3 weeks. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
Still, in order to make the most out of this, we’re doing our best to ship out the next day! That means that once you placed your order, we will pack it and ship it the next day. So, we’re doing everything in our power to reduce any delays.
Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, it will get to the distribution center, where it will be delayed by 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays). As all orders ship via USPS, please expect shipments to arrive in about 3 weeks once it departs our facility, as there is reduced manpower and there are restrictions all over the country due to COVID 19.
What to do after you receive your tracking number
When checking your tracking number you may notice one of the following:
This means that your order left our warehouse, the label has been created but USPS or USPS shipping partners still have not uploaded the info in the system. This usually takes just 1-2 business days.
USPS Awaiting Package - Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item
This means that your order was picked up by a Shipping Partner of USPS and arrived at their warehouse or regional centers in order to sort out and forward it to USPS.
Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item:
This means that your order has left the warehouse of USPS partner and it is being sent forward to one of USPS distribution centers. Sometimes, this status may repeat due to your location, as there is an entire network of centers all over the country.
USPS Awaiting Package - In transit
This means that your order is in transit to the regional distribution centers of USPS. Due to strict check-ups and restrictions, this may take more than 10 days.
Accepted at USPS Destination Facility
This means that your order has arrived at the USPS destination facility from your region. The next step is to process it for delivery.
Arrived at Post Office
This means that your order has arrived at your local post office where it may stay for a day or will just be taken out for delivery.
Out for Delivery
This means that USPS has updated the tracking on the morning of the delivery day and that your order will be delivered that day.
These are the most common shipping updates of your order so, at any time when you check this, regardless of the status, please rest assured that your package is safe and will be delivered to you in the safest way possible.
Please be advised that the package is moving despite the delay in shipping updates and we're doing our best to keep you updated and speed up the delivery.
Please understand that your order is very important to us and you keeping your order would be a tremendous help for us.
Also, if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will be happy to assist you. Still, we would kindly appreciate it if you wait until you see updates on your tracking number before contacting our support department.
Even though we have added new customer service representatives to our existing team, who work from home due to COVID restrictions, we are overwhelmed by the number of requests we are currently receiving regarding shipping status.
There will be updates but just a bit slower. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated on the delivery status with automated shipping updates. Once the USPS updates them, you will be the first to know.
On behalf of the AVVA Nails team, we want to let you know we appreciate your business and strive to serve you, our customers, and the community. We hope you all keep up the safe practices and support one another during this challenging time.
We ask for your kind understanding and patience in this difficult period.
With much love,
